I learned of this term the other week when I was fortunate enough to attend the AI Accelerator at the D&AD festival.

It certainly captures how I feel at the moment, with this distinct mix of excitement and anxiety that comes with navigating the rapid rise of AI.In the same day I can often feel completely energized and inspired by the amazing possibilities AI opens up for workflows, creating and  prototyping. And the next an emotional wreck thinking about the broader implications of that exact same technology on our industry, roles, and collective future.

It's certainly a rollercoaster at the moment, we're navigating uncharted territory where the highs are incredibly motivating, but the learning curve comes with a healthy dose of apprehension. "Exciety" captures that pretty well I think.
